Until the beast escapes
Run and run,
on and on,
up and up,
forever and ever,
over the hills.
Beyond the horizon,
on and on,
forever and ever,
up and up,
along the ridge,
down the
straightaway,
near the creek,
along the rushing
water,
over the hills.
On and on,
forever and ever,
beyond…
Over the hills,
on and on,
along the river,
beside the trail,
towards the goal,
across the line.
Run and run,
forever and ever,
until the beast
escapes..
and sets me free..

"The beast within longs to escape
Running alongside me
Coursing through my veins.."
