There are many Pathways to the top of a Mountain.
There are many Pathways to the top of a Mountain.
There are many pathways to the top of a mountain.
There are many obstacles to overcome along the way.
None of them can be overcome on your own.
It is only when we work together that we can make it to the top.
A team effort is essential. Without it, all is lost.
There are many pathways to the top of a mountain.
As you push onward up an unknown pathway,
you may find that you are not as much a leader as you once had thought. But that is okay, a leader can learn as much from the people that he leads as those people can from him.
That is the way that it should be.
.
There are many pathways to the top of a mountain.
These paths will all be hard to climb, and only a few may make it to the top. Those that don't may find other paths to take them there at another time. Those that don't are as important a part of the team effort to climb to the top as the one who eventually makes it there.
There are many pathways to the top of a mountain.
Climb they must because everyone must do something to save their soul. Climb they must because they will experience more that way, and they shall know themselves more that way then if they just were to stand on top without much effort at all.
There are many pathways to the top of a mountain.
Without the adversity that we face along the way there is no story to be told, there is no legend to become, there is no legacy to leave behind. Without adversity why would anyone want to climb anything? If it were easy everyone would do it.
There are many pathways to the top of a mountain.
Sometimes those pathways may seem to lead nowhere.
Sometimes those pathways may see no end.
Then those pathways may cross one another, and a new way is made.
There are many pathways to the top of a mountain.
Eventually the leader of each team must chose the path, the way to guide the rest. Eventually the leader must choose which obstacles to tackle and which ones to ignore.
But that leader must take his or her time and choose that path wisely. Eventually they must make the choice among many. Will he or she leap into the unknown or search for familiarity among the mountains and the paths to the top?
There are many pathways to the top of a mountain, but once on that pathway the journey has only just begun. Once on that pathway one begins to know himself or herself more. If they stumble and fall there will be others that will pick them up. If they lose their way there will be others to lead the way back for them. If need be there will be others to take over the leading for them.
I think most of us forget these things all to often.
And when we fail at one path, or get stuck on one
obstacle we forget that there are many other ways.
We must never forget that there are many pathways to the top of a mountain.
